Orphans 2012
Orphans 2012 is a showcase of of new audio-visual intermedia; installations, live performances and screenings of audio-visual shorts by artists from across the world curated by Aberdeen based composer, Ross Whyte. The event was held at The Belmont Picturehouse in Aberdeen in October and was part of the Sound Festival.
Each of the works selected made use of found material in different ways. Interstitial Articulations – my audiovisual collaboration with composer Graeme Truslove – was featured amongst the works screened at the event. The collaboration explores photographic light-forms as found objects.
